Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for personalized assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Will i have to pay any additional duties & taxes?

Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's customs regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.

What is the return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Isla Bikini purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
